Can I Praise You LORD?

Lord, please allowme to talk to you for a moment
I've got something to say I just want you to know my heart and all the things i feel this day
Can I thank you for blessing me to come this far
Watching over me and guiding me like a shooting start
You've been my all you've given me the gifts i need to excel in this life

You're my best friend when I feel like i have only enemies
I lift your name every chance I get
He has brought me through trials only he can and made me better
prepared me for better things to come and groomed me to preach his word

Now i ask can i praise him for miracles done and yet to come
Can i praise him for my life and my deeds
Can i praisehim for being powerful and almighty
For being my alland everything to aspire to be
Can i praise GOD for trusting in me and for I trusting in him

Never would have made it

This is something i should've done a long time ago
All the times you've saved me when I thought all was lost
You've fogiven me and let me know i'm so weak and you're the boss
My GOD you've touched parts of me that I didn't know i had
Explored my soul and directed me on all the right paths

You've renewed my spirit made me much better from the trials I've went thru
I'd be gone from this earth but you spared me more then i even know
went before me and turned me around from ur glorious door
without u i could've have made it you see
Thank you Lord for setting me free
